I can not say enough good things about Ray. He was given to me by a recommendation from a family member who had previously worked for him. He let me known Ray was very professional and one of the best in NH. I of course just thought he was hyping up an old friend My first conversation with Ray proved this to be true. He was caring, listened carefully, and gave me hope that my incident would not come back to haunt me. I truly see why so many people recommended him compared to other attorney. Ray is a 5 star guy, who should have a perfect rating. Not sure why someone would one star him, looking at the account it appears he went to several lawyers companies just to give them a negative review. Please don't let that stir you away from Ray!

When my step-son found himself in a predicament, due to a lack of judgment, Attorney Bernstein came highly recommended. I called the office and we were able to sit down with him the next day to discuss the dilemma. Attorney Bernstein listened to the entire story and asked the questions he needed. He told us that he would look into the matter further and would get back to us. Within two days I was delighted when Attorney Bernstein called and informed us that he was able to resolve the problem without my step-son even having to go in front of the court. Our family is delighted with how Attorney Bernstein was able to put this matter behind us very quickly. My step-son made a stupid mistake and thanks to Attorney Bernstein, the error won’t haunt him for the rest of his life.

Adam Bernstein is the person I go to for all of my legal advice. This trust is a result of Adam's performance in complicated legal matters. His methods, explanations, strategy, and court presence always make me comfortable that I am in good hands. The entire court process is frightening and packed with confusing rules. Adam not only defends with great vigor but expends the same amount of energy to make sure you understand what is going on and, as much is possible when you are involved in this process, put you at ease. I always come away feeling that I have had the best representation possible. The strongest word I can use is trust. I met Ray Mello by chance and some good luck. I had zero knowledge of any solid attorneys in my area, and I needed a good one that would take it easy on my wallet... Not an easy thing to locate. So, very nervous and uncertain of my near future, I faced a serious felony charge that carried a mandatory minimum of 3 years. I checked online and came across his website. I noticed there were some recent cases listed that Ray had done and the various outcomes. I noticed he had recently worked a few cases involving the same charge as mine all with very respectable outcomes I'd be thrilled to get myself. So I decided to give him a call and scheduled a consultation. When we met and went over my case details Ray was truthful about all possible results. He answered all my questions and he was personable, reassuring, and really easy to speak with. I left his office feeling that this is possibly the attorney that might keep me from going on a very long unscheduled vacation. I had no idea what an amazing attorney Ray actually was...Yet. At the probable cause hearing, I was not feeling optimistic. We sat in the hall waiting to be let into the courtroom. Ray said hed be right back and wandered off to speak with the state police. 5-10 minutes later he was on his way back. Smiling at me and my wife he walked over and said, "charges dropped". At first I thought he was joking. But this was no time for a lame joke. I left that day free and absolutely amazed and in awe. Ray is the man. Over the years I had a few more jobs for Ray, and he has never not delivered a not guilty, a dismissal, or an excellent outcome that seemed way out of reach. He is hands down a living legend in NH. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't found his website that lucky day, but I do know Ray saved my day, my month, probably my next 3 years. Do yourself a solid if you need an attorney.
