Belinda was fantastic! She was efficient, thoughtful, extremely informative, and quickly resolved my issue. She clearly explained to me what steps I should take after resolving my account to insure update to credit agency, and provided me contact info for any follow up issues. I was worried about the interaction prior to calling, but was pleasantly suprised by the excellent experience!

Not only has Belinda helped me resolve a debt in manageable regular installments, but has never made me feel shamed or worthless over my financial position. She’s been supportive and encouraging, and truly a pleasure to work with. We cleared up a big credit card debt in just over a year and I’m so incredibly grateful- Belinda has been a godsend!

I worked with Belinda on clearing up a debt. She was gracious and kind and was very respectful in resolving this issue. I have had other experiences where the collection was rude, insulting and degrading. I am happy to say that as of today, my debt is paid in full.
