Sneaky and unprofessional. They get Hearings scheduled that you don't know about until it's too late. Very rude on the phone.

Worst law firm in the Work never use these people. And if your paying off a debt make sure you keep all receipts and keep track of your payments because they try and scam you saying you paid less then you really did!

ABSOLUTE SCUM. THEY ARE THE WORST FIRM TO DEAL WITH! Clearly have no “real” legal skills, when they spend their time buying “junk debt”, instead of fighting real cases. I wouldn’t use this firm if they were the last ones on this earth!!! Run, run, run!!

Gnats. Filing motions when debts are already paid. Persistent phone calls. Rude telecommunications when you do talk to them.
Just a very unpleasant experience. Hope you never have the luck of them buying your debt.

Three words...Statute of Limitations. Every state is different so do your homework . I went to court without a lawyer because I knew the SOL had long since expired in my case. The clock starts when the credit card company/bank receives the last payment .Be very careful if you make any deals and send any money because it will start the clock all over again. Its also important to know that you still have to go to court if you receive notice. If you ignore it, a judgement will be held against you. The SOL doesnt prevent them from trying to sue you It is a defense that will get the case dismissed as it did in my situation.I had almost a year to study and do my homework before going to court so I was comfortable without a lawyer representing me. Rookie mistake on their part .Nice try Schreiber Law Firm. Better luck with the next guy
