They worked with me to settle my debt and work out a payment plan so that I could pay off my debt at my own pace. When I got to a point where I could pay the last lump sum Gregg was very helpful in processing it for me so that the account could be closed out. They are there to help you, which was very nice when you just don't have all of the money at once.

Belinda Bensick (spelling?) was amazing to deal with. Every time I called she made me feel like I was her only priority and that my concerns were hers. She was kind, courteous, and always understanding. My situation was made clear to me throughout the process and she stayed on top of things throughout. I would highly recommend this firm solely based on my experience with Belinda. Thank you for everything!

Based on everyone else's complaints, I'm not surprised by the nonsense they just pulled on a loved one. Seems they treat current and potential employees the same way they do their customers- like garbage.

Terrible to work with. Extermely rude on the phone. First time i hear from them was in a court summons. Tried to call to set up a payment plan and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. He gave me the run around. Got a call back a month later from a rude guy on the phone looking for a payment. So terribly rude!

I called looking for information on a bankruptcy lawyer.. As this firm "advertises" :as such.
To my surprise, the firm is not associated with bankruptcy. They do the opposite, they do the legal civil lawsuits, through the court for dept collectors.

PEOPLE, do not be intimidated by these folks. If they take you to court, which they will, do your research. They took me to court, tried to get me to agree and settle before we were even in front of magistrate/judge. They have almost no evidence and it’s very easy to win these cases. The judge ruled in my favor within 10 minutes. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND LEARN THE LAW AND PROCEDURE. If you do, there’s a very good chance you will win your case.
