I have never had a friendly relationship with a debt collector ever...until now. Melinda was with me every step of the way... when I struggled, she was kind. Melinda was always respectful and supportive through the process of paying off my debt. She treated me like a friend. She was truly happy for me and congratulated me at the end. She could teach the world a lot about what real customer service means.

I spoke with Lucy regarding a debt on my end. She was very helpful and prompt with everything she did and is doing for me.
