I hired Mr. Fausto in January 2015 to handle my divorce case. He never filed my paperwork with the County courthouse. I wasted a year being given the runaround, such as "Oh, the court is backed up. It'll take a while" to being downright ignored. He ignored email, ignored phone calls. Only after I contacted the courthouse in January 2016 did I find out he never filed any paperwork for me. Never did a thing except take my $2500.00 retainer. Now I have to find another lawyer to help me get my money back from this one.
