Yazmin the best she actually cares about her clients & how there being treated with follow ups to make sure things are right she’s super understanding & amazing personality her & the office even helped me get care out of state temporarily & have me in the best facility Yazmin is amazing so much more but don’t want to write a book lol thanks Yazmin & fredson statmore Bitterman for all the help getting me treatment to get back to my normal life & secure the bag for my injuries because my life was changed after I fell can’t do anything & constant pain times I was depressed & stressed over the injuries Yazmin provided emotional support for me & let me vent also encouraged me that things will get better as long I go to treatment yaz the best.

Fredson Bitterman Law Firm is a very highly respected Law Firm they are committed to fight vigorously for their client.. I had an accident in 2020 and hired this law firm to representation and work were amazing and incredible. To sum it up in one statement , what I say.... when you hire this Law Firm you don't only get an attorney to represent but your get an entire Army that will fight for you every single day. They are just simple the best in town. Before I end I want to say thank you Hellen... my paralegal she is an incredible woman.

After my accident I made the terrible mistake of contacting the Andrea N Mazzula Law Office, who unfortunately and until now I do not understand the reason why they contacted me with Gabriela from this law office. Curiously, I just read the bad review against this person, I wish I had read it sooner. This office for me is very bad, worse than bad I would say TERRIBLE. They do not comply with what they say, they do not respond to queries, between one person and another from the same office they give completely opposite information about a procedure. Today they didn't even have important information such as the Claim Number of my case after almost a month, I had to provide it to them myself. They do not process my medical care and the place where they sent me for therapy is a place full of people, where I feel that the waiting time for me to be treated takes longer than the duration of my session. A terrible and unfortunate choice to have fallen into this office.

They worked tirelessly on my case. They are very attentive, punctual and keep you informed of everything. We also loved the work of the paralegal who works with them, Gisleiny, she is wonderful..

During this complicated legal process, everything was explained to me, in as much detail as I wanted, and repeated or clarified as needed. The communication throughout this ordeal has been outstanding. This MVA has been one of the worse experiences of my life- and yet my experience with this law firm stands out as one of the most positive I've ever had. I sincerely recommend this office for anything- I would trust them with anything. Note- I was able to handle almost everything remotely, as I do not live close.
