I had experience with Miss Gabriella on a case that occurred in August 2022. It was an accident that was caused by an uninsured driver which resulted in a long hardship. In the beginning, everything was going smoothly. However, I persistently asked Gabriella about the case and what should I be responsible for and how are the costs going to be distributed from the settlement? I asked her: “Will I get a clean slate of the money of 10k after all fees and payments for doctors and medical expenses were charged?” However, in the end, she told me that I had to pay an extra amount of $3000 from the money that I already had received. This was contradictory to what we had discussed before when we started the case. In addition there were additional charges that I was responsible, when she told me at the beginning that I am not responsible for these charges

Horrible. I had attorney Nicholas Waltman who lied to me about my case being dismissed and was uncooperative unprofessional and unresponsive! Almost 2 years on my case and nothing! Never again !! I love my new attorney.
