Nick is a great criminal attorney, I’ve known him for years. I refer him clients in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Atlantic County on a regular basis and he does a fantastic job for his clients. I highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Nick represent my wife in a very serious matter where a DWI was alleged. The penalty would have been 6 months of jail time and all sorts of other things. Nick was able to scrutinize the discovery and find flaws in the state's case--enough that the prosecutor decided to drop that charge and my wife pleaded to a lesser charge which kept her out of jail. He even fought to try to have them drop that charge, but the prosecutor wouldn't. All in all, we are happy with the outcome. Personality-wise, Nick takes a keen interest in his clients and values them as individuals. You would think you were talking to a long-time friend. He listens carefully to you, appraises the legal angles of everything in your case, and in his own prosecutorial experience is able to make a good assessment of how the case can/will go. We were so pleased that we are going to use him anytime we may have other matters that arise. You can't go wrong when your attorney is a real human being with a heart.

Unprofessional. Took money, refused to discuss the case and told I cannot call anymore. I do NOT recommend.

Even though, we didn't hire him, Nick Moschella gave me some good advice doing our first two phone conversations. He said there was a way around this case, if the current attorney knew how to handle the case. His advice was right on point. No, time was given. Thank you.

This lawyer is not someone you want to hire. He did nothing for my employee when he was hired to represent him and kept requesting more money, changing figures, etc.....really sad to see money trumping a man's freedom on the line just because this is a new business needing clients and revenue.....don't go here
