I didn’t really like him or their services. First of all I sought advise for an appeal, didn’t get any feedback until the last possible day an appeal can be made, to be like I don’t see a chance and this is the last day to do submit to the court. Literal waste of time, not even sure they know too much about the UCCJEA sub divisions, especially fraud with an attorney. But whatever . Regardless they were very callous with my case, kept getting the attorneys names confused, so I don’t even think they got the gist of the case. Went rogue and then sends these retainers letter, without even speaking first. No communication until I requested my retainer back. They do block billing, and it’s very hard to track. But yeah, reviews made him seem great, just don’t think he really wanted to deal with my case. That’s just my experience.

Fee statement isn’t what he goes by at all! Paid initial fee for representation then $1,500 for the case but day before case went to court another fee of $1,000 was added for the prep of exhibits, and statements. Fee statement says possible total of $2,000 to handle case. I was confused because to me that’s apart of preparing for a case. I ended up settling out of court because I would of paid more for representation then the case. So, I ended up paying him $2,500 for nothing what work! I felt like he was working for the other side. I didn’t have a chance with him representing me! The only reason I gave 2 stars is for his clerk Cheryl who actually puts everything together!

Amazing firm all around. My custody battle was supposed to be an open/shut case and I hired Mr. Mullen just to make sure things went smoothly. Luckily I did because the case turned into 10 months, 5 hearings, & countless orders all caused by the other party. Mr. Mullen guided me on the best approach on every challenge I faced, every step of the way. He also gave me many recommendations on how I can cut legal fees down knowing it would be less money for him. Any thing on here that says he only cares about money is completely false! Making sure I got the time and rights I deserved with my child always came first for Mr. Mullen. He’s very passionate about what he does and it shows. He will be my family court attorney indefinitely.

Stay away!!!!!! Quoted me a price of $1500 for a simple child support case. I was on unemployment but paid the $1500. Told him up front I couldn't afford any more. He billed me $1000 over the set quote and it never went to court. Then sued me for the extra $1000. Not an honorable man!

Very very knowledgeable towards Landlord/Tenant issues. Nice, respectful not the ones like others who ask you one question & quickly just want to hang up.

The best....

Short & sweet: Mr. Mullen and his team are top-notch at what they do. In my case, he handle post-divorce issues that involved complex custody and parenting issues. He was instrumental in helping me maintain a relationship with my daughters when they were young. Now that they are grown, I called on Mr. Mullen and his excellent team again. This time, to process the necessary paperwork required by the courts to grant emancipation. Mr. Mullen and his staff are very thorough, easy to reach when needed, and reasonably priced.

As you know divorce is hard enough with small children. Sadness and uncertainty leading the way. After meeting with Mitch, I felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. He was very compassionate but also very honest about what I was facing. He also showed confidence that as long as I do my part he could help me with the best possible outcome! He never made me feel like a pain, he offered ways to save money on fees, but most importantly he remained compassionate the entire way! I highly recommend him and his team! He’s the best!
