We retained Mitchell Mullen, as our attorney for the adoption of our granddaughter. Mr. Mullen is very knowledgeable about adoptions and explained the process to us. Mr. Mullen's assistant Cheryl was very efficient in getting all our documents completed and submitted to the courts in a timely manner. Cheryl kept track of the process and checked with the courts to make sure our case was moving forward and provided them with documents that they requested. Handled my case very well. Got what I needed done.

I worked with Mr. Mullen three times on divorce/child support situations. Once was very successful, twice it was roughly 50/50. The two times that were not fully successful were because of an idiot judge and because I contacted Mr. Mullen too late. If I had contacted him sooner, I would have probably saved myself thousands of dollars. Even afterward, he has made efforts that still might retroactively help with the cases that were 50/50. I've been to court about ten times with my ex-wife in the past 15 years. The only ones that were successful were when I had Mr. Mullen representing me. Please don't try to represent yourself, no matter how right you think you are. It's not worth the risk. Of course going to court and paying legal fees can get expensive, but it will only take about six months for the money savings to add up to the fees I owed Mr. Mullen. It was well worth it.
