Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and explains to you everything you need to know. She is kind and patient and we never felt rushed. She has extremely good communication skills that enable you to understand what she is trying to explain, whether or not you already have knowledge of the subject. I was pleased with my contact with JSM. On our first meeting she explained the process carefully, explaining why I did not need a trust; a will will do.
