This was my 2nd meeting with Jamie. Despite the sensitivity of the topic, it was informative, helpful and actually fun. Jamie is totally in tune with my wants and provided fabulous advice and guidance. Great staff as well. I would highly highly recommend this law firm especially Jamie!

My husband and I consulted Jamie Shuster Morgan to update our wills, healthcare, financial, and real estate directives. She was knowledgeable and accommodating to my husband’s housebound mobility issues. She gave us the pros and cons of options open to us, and prepared the requested documents promptly. Fendrick Morgan’s planning questionnaire enabled us to gather efficiently the information Jamie needed to prepare our documents. The binder provided with all our duplicate copies included a layman’s English summary of our wishes and an overview of where our documents are stored and the necessary people to call when the time comes that should help ease stress for either the surviving spouse or our children. I was so impressed with Jamie’s and the firm’s professionalism that I have already recommended them to several people who are or will be engaging them shortly.

I was pleased with my contact with JSM. On our first meeting she explained the process carefully, explaining why I did not need a trust; a will will do. When it came time to sign the papers she pointed out a number of small issues that should be changed. Then they were changed on the spot. A super job.

It was a pleasure working with Jamie. She was very professional and informative. We saw Jamie for estate planning (wills, POA, living wills, and trusts). When we had questions, she took her time answering them and giving reasons why we might choose one scenario over another, but didn’t push us into a specific choice.
