I cannot say enough in regards to Mr. Spivack and his office staff @ Spivack Law. They have been there for me in one of the most difficult times in my life. Mr. Spivack is a master of his craft in his knowledge of bankruptcy law & procedures. He has always been professionally upfront with me in the reality of my case and what my expectations should be. I would personally recommend Mr. Spivack to anyone needing such services.

Joel's legal counsel is professional, easy to understand, and well-aimed at achieving a solution. He remained in contact throughout, coordinated with my own work schedule, and was on time for every appointment. His staff is kind and respectful. His expertise in navigating legal processes and his personal commitment to the me, as the client, were not hindered even during COVID-19 social distancing. Joel and his staff were both very professional from beginning to end and made the entire process easy and worry-free. Joel was always very responsive in a timely manner whenever we had any questions or concerns. He was always very thorough with our encounters when we weren't familiar with certain situations or terms and that put a lot at ease for us. I definitely recommend Joel.

The Law office of Joel R. Spivack was very professional and on top of my bankruptcy case especially during this pandemic. Questions were answered in a timely fashion. His computer was down and he was still able to give me the answers I was looking for. I highly recommend him. His secretary is also amazing!!!! She is friendly and knows what’s going on.

I hired Bruce Matez on two occasions over the last several years. The first was a contentious divorce and then, when I was faced with alimony renegotiations a few years later, I was confident calling Bruce again. He handled both situations very professionally -- he carefully explained options to me, provided his expert opinion, but did not pressure me in any direction. His firm is efficient and very responsive to clients' needs. I am grateful I had him in my corner during those difficult times.
