Was not satisfied with his opinion of my bankruptcy. I could have filed but he made a wrong decision. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Joel Spivack represented us through our home building process: from the signing of our contract, through each inspection, and finally at closing. He was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire 8 month process and made the purchase of our first home an enjoyable one.

Attrny Spivack was absolutely amazing. Worked with us on payment, during the pandemic he made sure to stay in touch always emailing or calling. Stayed on top of everything. He told us exactly what was going to happen or be said and what to expect! I was very refreshing and comforting to know I had him on my side during such a hard time in our lives!

I had a great experience with Mr. Spivack. It was a very smooth process. There were no blindsides to anything. He was very clear on what to expect and how long the process would be. There was no stress working with this office and he was 100% behind me throughout the whole case. Good afternoon This review for me has been a simple process after being blindsided with my first bankruptcy attorney mr spivack came as a refural to me and the money and the way my first attorney guided me was so wrong from day one and then mr spivak is a thoral and knows this business inside and out I spent 5 years in a bankruptcy to find out I had gotten screwed and when you don’t know anything about what’s right or wrong you don’t know till it’s too late me spivack is a great attorney and if you want someone on your side accept no other he lets you know the best way to get you where you need to be
