Working with Dean was an extremely pleasurable experience. He is extremely sharp and professional, while remaining very personable. As president of a condominium association, I retained the services of Dean Semer to assist us with multiple issues over the course of the past four years. Some of these issues were rather small in nature as in changing the condominium bylaws and others were much more involved as in dealing with litigation, collection and repossession. In every situation Deans services to us were outstanding. He always returns phone calls and emails quickly. Time sensitive matters are handled promptly .
