Robert was very helpful in guiding me through an ejectment case. Unfortunately, I had a squatter living in my property that refused to leave. Mr. Wittmann was able to present my case in a way that made it clear that I was the rightful property owner, resulting in a successful removal of the squatter. Rob was always available to answer any questions that I had.

Robert Whitmann was there for me when I did not know where to turn. The owner of the building where I run my business tried to completely railroad me and run me out of the building. Mr. Whitmann knew exactly what to do and he did it fast. He is very responsive and answered my calls whenever I had a question. With his sharp thinking and knowledge of the law He won my case. Mr. Wittmann is great. In 2020, we were completely railroaded by a contractor that was hired to put a new roof on our house. Several aspects of the job were never completed. The work that was done immediately resulted in leaks. Mr. Wittmann helped us win a judgment against the contractor despite several challenges (court backlog due to covid, contractor ducking service, etc). The process took a long time but Mr. Wittmann kept us updated throughout and went above and beyond to help us through everything. I was hesitant to pursue legal action as I have little experience with the court and was a bit pessimistic as to whether they would help us find relief. I am so glad I did call though. Highly recommend Robert Wittmann. Please, do not let these shady contractors make you a victim.
