Great and honest man. Mr. Wittmann was fast and responsive to provide excellent legal advice. If you ever need a lawyer, hire Robert Wittmann.

I've hired Rob Whitman twice. The first time I hired him was for a child custody case. He won me custody of my kid when all the other lawyers told me it couldn't be done, and they were going to charge me much much more. Another time I hired him for some minor charges in municipal court that were totally made up and I was innocent. The prosecutor refused to dismiss even though I had 3 alibi witnesses from my military base stating I was on-base at the time of the violation. The prosecutor wanted me to plea-out to an amended complaint (with a high fine), but I refused because I was innocent. Mr. Whitman fought hard for me, took the case to trial, and got all the charges dismissed. Many of the other lawyers I worked with previously sent me letters in the mail and promised me the pie in the sky. When I met with them, they treated me like crap. Not Mr. Whitman. He's one of the only lawyers I've ever met who is actually affordable and gets results.

Robert Wittmann is a professional, knowledgeable attorney whose dedication to my complex divorce case was invaluable. Divorce can obviously be a lengthy and daunting process. I felt that Rob not only fought for me, but for what was right. His ability to foresee potential outcomes and prepare for these long ahead of time made all the difference during what turned into a lengthy trial. Rob is dedicated and has a thorough attention to detail, strategy and organization, which was apparent throughout the entirety of my case. He also has superb trial advocacy and persuasion skills. His surgical cross-examination of witnesses and use of posters containing Facebook photos and statements was key in persuading the judge, and enabled him to prove the legal doctrine of "cohabitation." As a result, he was able to cancel my alimony obligation and saved me nearly $100,000 in alimony. Although he's a younger lawyer, he was able to accomplish this while fighting against a much older and more experienced attorney. The entire case was an uphill battle, but there is no one that I would rather have had represent me. He's a great lawyer and I have no doubt that he has a very bright future ahead of him.

I was charged with a felony drug possession case and the first time I went to court the prosecuter wanted me to take a crap deal even thought I was totally innocent. Mr. Whittmann looked at everything and got an idea for filing a motion. He wrote a big motion that was like 30 pages long and the prosecutor basically gave up and dismissed all my charges. I was totally amazed. The Judge was mad and didnt want the prosecutor to dismiss, but the prosecutor basically said he had no case and I was amazed. Unlike my prior lawyers, who contacted me with letters they sent to me in the mail, a friend told me about Mr. Whittmann. Mr. Whittmann met with me in his office and I knew he was the REAL DEAL-----I met with him a number of times and worked on my case so he could know all the facts. He was so unlike all the other lawyers I ever met. He met with me in person. He was nice and wasnt arrogant and He listened He didn't take the state's first offer and didn't make me roll over our first time in court. He worked hard for me and got my drug case dismissed. He's not flashy like the other lawyers and he doesnt make big promises. BUT he DOES work hard and deliver RESULTS plus he is AFFORDABLE which is more than I can say for alot of other lawyers who charge me alot of money and dont do anything. With Mr. Whittmann, I got what I payed for

We've had Rob Wittmann as our lawyer in three separate cases over the past year, and Rob has won all three of them. He's batting a thousand for us! One of the cases was grandparent visitation. He showed wisdom, integrity, and concern in the office and he was an aggressive advocate in court. Even after court, he followed up on the case with contacts to see how things were going. I was recommended to Mr. Robert Wittmann by a large, very reputable law firm and he did not disappoint. My problem was that I brought my car to a repair shop to have the transmission fixed and in good faith I paid for the work to be done but after many failed promises to return my car fixed to me, I was told my car was burned to the ground. The insurance company for the repair shop refused to hear or honor my claim for refund of monies paid for repairs or for any financial restitution for my destroyed vehicle. I needed legal help to proceed. Mr. Wittmann took my case when others turned me down and he fought hard to get me what I deserved. Mr. Wittmann is an attorney who puts his heart into representing his clients. He is thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He is a person of integrity and in my experience is completely trustworthy. I admire Mr. Wittmann's tenacity and determination and find it works in favor of his clients. I believe this young attorney will continue to have a very successful practice that he will have built from the ground up and I wouldn't be surprised if his most effective references are by word of mouth from his clients.
