When you are contacting a Lawyer in regards to a DWI or traffic offense the first call you should always make is to Todd Palumbo. Not only is he an excellent lawyer but more importantly he understands the court systems and how they operate. When I first contacted Todd he outlined for me how he thought my case might play out and in the end he was pretty much accurate. The bottom line is that you are looking to hire a lawyer to fight your case and deliver results. Highly recommended. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least contact him to hear what he might be able to do for you.

I was recently charged with a DUI in Morristown, NJ and I retained Mr. Palumbo as my attorney. The Morristown Court may be the slowest, least efficient, most incompetent court in Northern Jersey. Mr. Palumbo still appeared before the court no less than 9 times to resolve the charges against me. He challenged just about anything and everything that an attorney can challenge. Frustratingly, instead of producing the documents he requested the court continued to postpone proceedings for months on end. Thankfully, most of his motions were ultimately granted which left the prosecutor with little to proceed on. I ended up pleading to careless driving (a HUGE downgrade) and only got a few points against my license. The alternative would have been hefty fines and loss of license for god knows how long. I can't recommend this guy enough. I've seen other lawyers "phone it in" with these kinds of cases and you end up paying for some attorney to do for you what you could probably have done yourself. Mr. Palumbo is the real deal. He got me a great disposition in a court that tried to stack the deck against me.

My husband and I have used Todd's services for many years, both for consultative purposes and formal representation with matters relating to traffic violations. We have always been more than happy with his work! He is thorough with his research, efficient with his actions, and easily accessible to his clients. We highly recommend his law office!

I contacted this firm and spoke with Todd regarding a municipal court situation. I explained what happened. Previously I had been told by others that there was really nothing that could be done.Todd thought differently and made no guarantees but thought he may be able to get the ticket dismissed. When we went to courtI sat in the court room while Todd spoke with the prosecutor. I watched several people plead guilty to the offense I was charged with. None of their tickets were dismissed. But mine was! Todd was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss my ticket and we didn't even have to go to trial. In addition, he was always on time and returned my calls promptly. I would ABSOLUTELY use him again in the future.

I live in a different state and had some traffic tickets that I did not obtain. Mr Palumbo truly used his lawyer skills and proved my case without me having to send extensive information . If you need legal service choose me palumbo.

In the course of my profession I run into many lawyers. Some good and some not so good. In my dealings with Francine I have found she provided rapid detailed answers to my questions plus common sense. She told me what I could do, why I may or may not win and then ultimately assisted me in determining it was not worth the fight. I would be happy to use her services again and to recommend her to others.

Todd palumbo had represented me in variety of Traffic related incidents and able to get my points reduced or dismissed in most cases. Todd has the knack and ability to handle delicate and challenging situations. He is articulate and able to put the point across without offending the prosecutor or the judge. He carries lots of commonsense and able to do the Best for me.

Todd Palumbo represented me on a Simple Possession Charge and other MV charges that would have ended in a much bigger problem without his expertise. Even while he was paid for one visit he came in 3 more times as the court pushed back my case a few times. They tried to separate my same day charges and fine me individually but Todd Had everything consolidated. After all the back and forth all my charges were finally dropped by a simply motion he put forth. A-1 Recommended. Though I hope to stay out of any legal issues in the future he will definitely be the first to know.

I got a 5 point speeding ticket going 89 in a 55 mph, and every body said that's if i'm lucky and have a good lawyer he will take 3 point off and keep 2 also my insurance going to be double, but Todd represented me and did very good job even the state police send all reports and records so this make it hard,but Todd was able to get my ticket dismissed, i don't know how but he did, really he have very good experiences also add to all this he is someone who respected and very active, Thank you Todd for everything.

Todd represented me when I got a speeding ticket from the State Police. While I sat in court and he talked to the prosecutor, I watched most people with speeding tickets plead guilty to a zero point ticket that cost them over $400. But Todd was able to get my ticket dismissed. He argued that the discovery provided was not enough to prove that the radar was working properly. The prosecutor apparently agreed and the ticket was dismissed.
