Benjamin Ginter is amazing! we contacted him as my wife and I were buying our first home. Benjamin made the process pain free – he was on top of things, responded to emails (and any inquiries that I had) very quickly, and guided us through the process. Benjamin was the best! After all the horror stories I’ve heard about the home buying process, especially in the current market, Ben helped tremendously in making it as seamless as possible. He was always quick to answer any questions that we had and made sure to inform us of any discrepancies with the copious amount of paper work involved. Thank you so much Ben! Trying not to repeat most of the reviews, I found Ben Ginter to be great! He was quick to answer any email, no matter how trivial the question. This was an estate sale and he could not have been more helpful or kind. Such a pleasure to deal with. And for the work he did, his fee was so very reasonable. He's a nice guy and a great attorney. I'm sure he's what you're looking for!
