I highly recommend Ben Ginter, he did an amazing job in closing two real estate transactions. As a realtor and his client, Ben was responsive, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease during the hectic sale of one property and the purchase of another. There are many moving parts involved in a double close and Ben was able to coordinate all parties involved and made this a seamless process. Thank you Ben!

Mr. Ginter helped me with buying my mother's home. The process was seamless and he was always available to answer any questions. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and well versed in this field, he also responds very quickly - which I value a lot. I have used Ben's services for buying my house, refinancing my house, writing my will, and selling a rental condo. He is always incredibly responsive, he provides proactive suggestions, and he is fairly priced. I can't say enough good things about him, and each one of my transactions with him have gone exceedingly smoothly. I plan to use him over and over again.

Couldn't be happier with the services provided by Mr Ginter. Helped with multiple real estate closings and each time was extremely thorough with explaining documentation and steps in the process, extremely courteous and knowledgeable in answering any and all questions. Ben was a pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond and was able to help us close on our new home, despite many bumps on the road trying to stop us. Mr. Ginter was very easy to work with. Initially, I had reached out to a different lawyer that had not responded. I contacted Mr. Ginter, left a message and he called me back in 5 minutes. This was especially important because we needed a quick closing. His responsiveness and attention to detail is impeccable. He always made me feel like my case had his full attention. Ben has been our lawyer for a few transactions now.
He helped us with the purchasing of our first home- so when we decided to list it again of course we called him! I've dealt with a handful of lawyers in the past 3 years and Ben is the only one who's easy to talk to. He treats you like a human, which shouldn't be shocking right? Well, when it comes to some Lawyers (especially NJ Lawyers) it is shocking. He's nice, responsive, helpful and answers all your questions. If you're nervous about hiring a real estate lawyer, Ben's your guy. I am so beyond happy we found him!
