I recently sold a home. I obtained services of Adam Lefkowitz. Not knowing what had to be done he advised me of the procedures and drew up a contract to cover my estate for my benefit. His expertise was exceptional. No matter how small a question or how many he took the time to go into detail to explain it to me. The final settlement was done without any problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home.

Adam was integral to the purchase of our new home. He is professional, courteous, and always acts with the client’s best interests at heart. Adam made the entire process remarkably simple and I can’t thank him enough for seeing us through on a successful home purchase. Adam, was great to work with. He was my attorney for the selling of my previous property as well as the purchasing of my current property. He was very responsive and communicated very well via email. We spoke on the phone when needed and also came to meet a couple of times in the office when specific in-person signatures were required. He coordinated things between, the title agency, mortgage company, sellers, buyers' lawyer, real estate agents and my inspector. I know how stressful it could have been trying to handle selling and purchasing a property on my own. Adam did a wonderful job of keeping the ship smooth sailing, especially with the sellers of the property being a little difficult. He was able to keep things on schedule so we were able to sell in the morning and buy in the afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam for handling legal matters regarding personal property.

Adam is the go to guy! He takes pride in his work, super professional, incredibly reliable, and patient. I can go on and on, but these are just some of the things that stand out about him. I got overwhelmed and felt defeated with the legal work I had on my plate. He took his time to help me fully understand my situation and options. I'm extremely happy I found him! I was called in less than 10 minutes. Adam is very knowledgable about rental and legal matters. I highly recommend contacting him if you have issues with a landlord or a neighbor.
