He called me back quickly and provided very helpful information. Unfortunately, my case is based in Illinois but he works in New Jersey, so he was not able to be more specific on exactly what to do.

found Atty Lefkowitz honest and knowledgeable. gave me advice on a suit against my property. the matter was only half resolved due to plaintiff initiating another suit out of state. will use him again if I need to.

I am extremely satisfied with the way Mr. Lefkowitz has handled my case and the outcome he achieved. The case involved a contract to purchase a house that contained a previously undisclosed material defect. Upon discovery of the latent defect, the seller initially refused to return my deposit and release me from the contract. I hired Mr. Lefkowitz as a litigation attorney to pursue recovery of my deposit money. He managed to resolve the dispute quickly and out of court without having to resort to costly and time-consuming litigation. The contract was cancelled, and my deposit was returned to me in full.
