I was a first time home buyer with little knowledge of all the ins and outs of this business. Evan and company did a great job making me feel at ease. All the information they provided me was done in a timely matter, neatly organized, and easy to follow. Nothing came to me as a surprise. I knew what to expect very step along the way thanks to Evan. Everyone was always available for any questions I had. Any emails I sent were answered the same day. It was a pleasure working with Evan and his team.

Pickus Law did an amazing job closing on our home. They kept the communication lines open and because it was a move from Canada to the US they walked us through the experience with little stress. Evan and his team members, helped me close the deal for my new house. The lender tried to delayed the closing, but Evan and Nicole kept pushing them for closing and we were able to close right before new years. During the whole proccess i didnt have to do much of communicating with any one other than my Lender, because Evan and his team were able to get every one on same page.
