I met both Helene and Helayne when beginning the difficult process of divorce. Both women were understanding, compassionate and kind. Helayne mostly managed my case and was an excellent listener, precise in her explanations and advice and sensitive to the constraints of my financial situation. Without a doubt, I would recommend both attorneys as loyal defenders of women experiencing challenging life situations.

Ms Weiss took my retainer and disappeared for 3 weeks during a super critical time when I needed to file papers as soon as possible. The worst experience ever and now I’m paying for this mistake until my children turn 19 or more. There’s no proof that she ever even started on my case.

Never worked on my case $4500 chk they cashed pronto but owes me back $2700 still waiting for it all the whole office beats around the bush and gives the run around if your a man dont hire this lady shes just for your money and thats it

She will take your money with the zest of a freshly graduated lawyer. Unfortunately, once you leave, it's all fizzle from there. She will Not make your matter a priority, she WILL send countless letters and dwindle away your retainer then demand additional funds within 5 days (including weekends). She will not return calls but will charge you for calling and emailing her. Do yourself a favor and hire a real attorney, not this scam artist.

Although I am not a client of Helayne I just need to say she might be a really good attorney, but she has no consideration or respect to the time of others. Two times I went to court with my attorney and both time she was extremely late to represent her client and finish our proceedings not just delaying me but also her own client. I understand things happen, but it seems like this is just a pattern to her.
