Michele has been very attentive to my complex commercial closing. I cannot speak highly enough about her and her teams willingness to advocate for her clients to ensure that my deal went through without a single hitch. I would and will recommend Michele and her team for all of your legal needs. An honest strait shooting attorney is rare to come by these days and I must say Michele is that attorney. The best of the best!

I hired Michelle Ross to assist me in enforcing a contractual matter. The other attorney was non responsive and not willing to work with me to settle the money owed to me . Michele was amazing in helping me negotiate a fair settlement. Today was a great day when I picked up my settlement check from Michele! Highly recommended

While this firm might be fine for small real estate transactions, I'd steer clear of them for complex minority shareholder oppression cases. She completely ruined our case and her work on it was insultingly bad. We only went with her because her quote was much cheaper than other firms out there and she gave her word the case would be wrapped up within a year or two. Two years into it, we had already paid well over double her original estimate. I asked her about this a few times and she never answered this. There's many mistakes she made, but my primary criticisms of Michele are that she didn't proactively file an Order to Show Cause to stop the reverse stock split and redemption, but rather merely resorted to writing letters back and forth, which allowed the defendants to complete the transaction. Had she recommended and filed a case to stop it, the transaction might never have happened and it could have led to an early settlement. This alone proves she's either completely incompetent or purposely drags out cases to rack up more fees. Also, she was overly focused on issues that didn't really move the dial, such as harping about the defendants not sending the special meeting notice to my new address. That seemed to be a silly technical argument that weakened our other positions. She also did not realize that the property zoning supported multiple dwelling units instead of single-family homes - unfortunately it was too late in the case to rectify that mishap. We missed out on so much because of this and it's literally legal malpractice. Whenever we tried to address an issue, she just wanted to do conference call after conference call with her and her junior attorney, again trying to rack up more unnecessary fees for two attorneys at a time. And whenever we pointed out the unsatisfactory performance of this firm she'd just gaslight or project and blame us. Even when we for certain ended up being right after we felt some things were off. This is just the tip of the iceberg but by now I'm sure you get the point. If you have an important case and go with this firm, they can end up ruining your life. Nothing anyone could say would prepare me for how bad this firm is. They'll cost you so much in the long run for horrible results. She told us that she could hold her own against the big firms but that was clearly not the case.

I highly recommend Michele Ross and her team. My matter was handled with the utmost professionalism and zero judgment and most importantly, I received expert legal advocacy. Michelle Ross and team were superb. They were extremely responsive and made sure we were informed of all the steps in our home purchase process. Michelle helped to explain all the legal docs and when we had a set back with equipment at the home on closing day Michelle stepped in to make it right even though it was not her issue.
