Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Quick to respond to issues and straight to point. Our story began with a difficult potential partner who was practicing dentistry at our office but who didn't share the offices values or integrity. The owner was hesitant to terminate business relationships with the individual fearing that the individuals retaliation might damage the business. This was until Michele sat down with us and gave us the confidence to end this toxic business relationship. She asked all the right questions to compile full context of the situation and helped us understand our legal rights as it pertained to the situation. I've had a lot of attorneys over the years, but it's rare when you find one that really cares. They say that you typically get what you pay for. In my experience with Michele, I don't think that applies; I saved money moving to her firm, and got much more attention, sage advice, and measurable results. Ross was our first call. The value was in their ability to think strategically and in many ways act as a legal consultant. I have strong opinions, and Michele was able to offer valuable perspective. Very expensive lawyer, with nothing to show for it. No hard work, no passion, does not verse herself in the case and does just enough research on the case to get by. She delegated my case to someone who seemed not well experienced in the practice of the law. She then kept echoing what the other lawyer was telling her. At some point we were unable to communicate at all, and I had to settle the case for less than one tenth of her fees. She declared that a "win" and wanted me to feel good about it. Don't waste you money on this lawyer find someone else.
