I just closed on my 2nd home with Melissa and she has been great in every step of the way. Hope I will get to work on my 3rd home with her too!!

I have found Ms. Suarez to be very nice to deal with. She is patient, nice, and professional. She listens attentively and is on point with her suggestions. The closing on my condo that she handled was the smoothest and most pleasant I have ever experienced. Moreover, when I asked her a question outside her specialty she took the time to help me as much as she could. I would definitely recommend her to handle your real estate needs.

I have used many attorneys for various issues over my entire career. Melissa Suarez is my go to Real Estate attorney hands down. I cannot say enough about Ms. Suarez. My wife and I were looking for someone to help with the sale of our house that would be professional and not take us for fools. I say this because from my experience with other real estate attorneys there are always “hidden fees” not mentioning names but when we purchased the house we went with an attorney who gave us a “good price”. At the closing table we were paying for extra copies/document fess etc we felt like we were dealing with a car salesman and not a professional. We will be working on our estate planning and the closing of our new house with Ms. Suarez no need to look any further. Professionalism at its best.

Another great transaction with Melissa and team. In these trying times with covid you have to be careful with these lawyers from down south. My transaction was handled by Melissa professionally although the seller’s lawyer did not represent the transaction as it was agreed upon and made for a testy negotiation. With covid making the trans a bit more difficult, the seller’s lawyers tried to slipped an affidavit signing which puts responsibility on buyer but Melissa rejected it immediately and somehow the sellers were able to get the CCO in time for closing. Thanks again Melissa and team. You guys are great!
