Nevertheless, they are always very patient and flexible throughout. They go out of their way to ensure good customer service. For instance, in our last closing, considering that our rate lock was expiring, she accommodated the closing (even though she was out of office on that day) to ensure we don't incur a loss. She is also good at negotiations, and helped us save thousands of dollars. The office staff is courteous and friendly. Most of our correspondence with them is on email, nevertheless whenever required, one can always reach Melissa on phone for live consultation.
