I came to seek out Ms. Sprague's help after being terribly wronged in a Morris County courtroom regarding a domestic violence matter. The judge hearing the case dismissed my case without ever allowing me the right to testify. When I met with Ms. Sprague for an initial consultation about this injustice, she immediately recognized how opposing counsel and the judge had misused motion in limine to deny my right to a hearing and recommended that I appeal the judge's decision. I was really impressed with how Ms. Sprague quickly analyzed my case and explained how the legal process had been unfairly used against me in the original hearing. Ms. Sprague was professional, practical, and courteous throughout my entire appeals process. She crafted a strong argument that was very thorough and demonstrated her clear knowledge of family law which ultimately led to prevailing in my appeal.

After having several laywers in the past not come though for me and getting no where in the courts, Jessica was like a breath of fresh air! Extremely professional and focused, yet she also has a way of showing you compassion throughout the process which gave me the confidence that she had my best interest as her priority. I have been working with Jessica for nearly four years. My situation started out as a nasty divorce followed up by an extremely difficult (unique) custody case. Seven years ago my ex-wife created a false domestic violence claim, through me out of my house and wanted to leave me homeless and penniless. This was the beginning of my divorce. Over this period my ex-wife manipulated both of my children, one of which is special needs. My special needs child to get financial support for the rest of her life. Over this period of time I have been to family court more than five times to deal with my evil ex-wife. Over the last four years my ex-wife has aggressively manipulated my special needs daughter who I have co-guardianship with my ex-wife. My ex-wife wanted me to only support my daughter without having any emotional relationship. This is cruel! Jessica has been involved in my legal battle for the entire period. She took a difficult often horrendous situation and made it fair and equitable. Jessica fought hard for my special needs daughter to go to therapy multiple times. It failed because my daughter was continuously brainwashed to hate me, her father. One of the hardest things to do is convince a judge that alienation was involved. Jessica worked smart and effectively and conveyed to a court that my daughter was alienated convincingly. Jessica proved it and it is now found as fact and part of public record. Not only did Jessica eliminate my financial obligation, I was awarded court fees because of the heinous actions of my ex-wife. Jessica is a dedicated, smart and empathetic woman. She truly gets it.
