Everybody very kindly

This place is the worst, I should have stayed with someone I used last year. Mr Park or something. The moment I came here the front desk lady was very rude but I ignored that. A year later they never called to update or anything and fail horribly at communication. They eventually sent a letter telling me they dropped my case because I did not continue to go to treatment (I went 5 months).

Process is fast

Posting on behalf of my mother, Misun Yi: she suffered from a car accident that required physical therapy and totaled the back of the car. Aside from the damage to the car, my mom suffered from physical effects that impaired and limited her ability to move after the accident for almost a year afterward. Jae Lee took great care of her case and comforted my mother and helped her understand the legal processes. It took about a year and half to two years for all the proceedings to finish, but the outcome was well worth the patience. My mom was taken care of physically and emotionally after this traumatic incident and it was great that Jae was able to walk her through this normally exhausting and tedious process. Having someone explain this in my mother's first language (Korean) was the biggest peace of mind to me because there would not have been any other way for her to fully comprehend all the minute details that are included in any legal setting. In conclusion, she did a wonderful job as well as her associates and I would recommend her.

No matter how I think, I am glad to have met Jae Lee Law Firm with my case due to a motor vehicle accident. They are very well organized team. This lawsuit was originally a long, difficult and tedious fight because the insurance company game me trouble and would not coorperate. So I transferred my case to Jae Lee and her team.
