No personality, didn't wow me at all.

I consulted, then hired Ms Mari to present my Grandparent Rights case to Ocean County Court, Family Division. Exceptionally hard area of the law to win since NJ has no Grandparent Rights. With the help of Ms Mari we proved beyond any doubt that I was entitled to Grandparent visitation. Judge noted that this was an exceptional case, especially since this involved a special needs child. Judge ruled in my favor granting me everything Ms Mari asked for. Emily was professional, courteous, and kept our case on point at all times. This was a very stressful case with the future of my Grandchild either seeing the Grandfather or not. The future of my grandchild was at stake, whether or not I was allowed to be a significant part of the life of my grandchild was at stake. During the extremely stressful situations Ms Mari kept me focused on the facts, kept me focused on my grandchild and what was best for my grandchild. Ms Mari presented a well written brief to the court stating critical facts supporting my case and how they were pertinent to my case. She argued successfully that the law would be best applied to allowing visitation with my grandchild. Not only did I win visitation but I won face time several times weekly. I also won visitation on holidays and birthdays. Ms Emily Mari is a true professional in every aspect of the word, she knows the law, keeps her client focused on the task at hand. Her staff is always there to assist with any questions and Ms Mari is herself always available to assist with questions or concerns. She guides the client in the direction needed to have a successful resolution to the case. I recommend Emily Mari to anyone seeking help in Children visitation, child support area. She knows the law and tells it like it is. She is confident in front of the judge, knows when to speak when it will help and knows when to be silent when it supports your case. A true professional and highly recommended.

I obtained Emily Mari as my legal counsel in late September 2016 for a completely false Domestic Violence Restraining Order that my wife had placed against me.
