Emily represented me in a domestic violence case after I had a temporary restraining order (TRO) filed against me. She believed in my story, and was vigilant to get enough evidence to show that the plaintiff was retaliating against me for other matters on which we disagreed. She was methodical, patient, and able to demonstrate the misuse of the TRO, ultimately getting the application for a final restraining order dismissed on a directed verdict. Also, it was obvious during the proceedings that she has the respect of her peers, and Judges; many of the other attorneys gravitated, confided and talked to her. She has our respect and admiration.
