Frances Tomes successfully negotiated the removal of all traffic violation points against our son received in conjunction with a traffic accident that we felt were not appropriate under the circumstances. She also negotiated the minimal amount of fines under the circumstances. She handled his case with extreme competence, professionalism and integrity. She gave us periodic updates and made us feel comfortable along the way. We will most definitely use her again in the future and highly recommend her to friends, family and anyone looking for an excellent attorney.

If you need legal expertise with any aspect of Social Security, hire Frances Tomes. She is very knowledgable, experienced, calm & reassuring during every step of this process. She was able to secure SS benefits for our son after we failed in our own attempts, twice. We highly recommend her.
