I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of criminal defense. I engaged them to handle a criminal matter for a family member. The charges were quite serious with the potential of significant jail time. This was my first encounter with this type of legal issue and I was quite concerned and nervous about the whole ordeal. Brett Rosen was the attorney assigned to our case, and I am grateful that he was. He has a strong command of the law, the court system and the whole process. He is respectful and considerate when discussing the case. I never felt uncomfortable sharing the details of the events leading up to the criminal act. He always returned my email messages very quickly and took as much time as necessary to explain things to me. The case was resolved last week with without any jail time and minimal probation time. When we met Brett (for the first time) at court, he was upbeat and very reassuring, which was appreciated by myself and the family member, on a very trying day. In summary, I can't thank Brett and the law offices Law Jonathan F. Marshall enough.

Great place to look for good legal traffic advice. Called early Monday morning for a consultation and got the call early afternoon. After talking with the Attorney Paul I decided to take a plea. I had an eluding case and was looking at 5-10 years in state prison. I hired Mr. Marshall and his team. It took over a year to close my case, but in the end I was able to get 3 years probation with no jail time. I am so relieved because I wont lose my job or be away from my kids. Great service at reasonable price. It is a big firm, so don't expect a lot of personal attention and you might get switched around among several lawyers depending on their availabilities and the length of your case. Even without a lot of personal attention, all the lawyers I worked with are very experienced and know what they are doing. They will fight for your best interest. I will definitely recommend them if you are on a budget. Abe is one lawyer that did give me great suggestion and great suggestion on how to handle my case. I know that he truly cared about my case.
