I was thinking the worst when I was charged with DWI. It seemed like there wasn’t much of a chance of keeping my license or getting around the surcharges and other penalties. I called a bunch of lawyers and I quickly picked up on the fact that some guys were really only going to hold my hand and basically plead me guilty. This wasn’t what I heard from Jon or his guru DWI guru Colin. All DWI lawyers are not the same there is a big difference as I learned. They got me a result that was great after a lot of effort. This is a firm you need to consider if you are charged for DWI.

Me and my family candidly had no experience with criminal lawyers. We were referred to three lawyers and picked John to defend my case. This is the best move we could have made as John got us a result that was outstanding. He also communicated with us in an understanding manner, put the time into the case and was also definitely skilled in his profession. Everyone seemed to know that he wasn’t the run of the mill guy when we walked into court, even the judge. The entire process was handled in a top shelf manner. John provided everything we needed in a rough time. I recommend him.

I was accused of sexual assault. Everyone shunned me, even several attorneys that I called. No wanted to take my defense seriously. But John was different. I knew he believed me and I thank god I found him. He scrutinized all the evidence and poked so many holes in the case that I was able avoid a conviction. I made the right choice and will never consider anyone than John if I ever get in trouble again.

Cops can be very unfair so you better call John if you are on the short end of the stick. I hired him because I was stopped and arrested for a bogus reason and then issued 10 tickets and a criminal offense for possession of cds. The car never should have been stopped or ever searched. There was no valid basis but the police officer was just going to nail me no matter what. John made sure that I got a fair shake in court. He fought for me and did a great job. I still don’t have a record and kept my license. He is a great attorney for you to hire. I highly suggest that you give him a call.

I was charged with third degree shoplifting in Lawrence NJ. The case was significantly more complicated because I only have a VISA. Several attorneys that my VISA could be revoked if I was convicted. I did my research and hired John as my lawyer and could not be my satisfied. He was very familiar with the process and court. This allowed him to get my case reduced as sent back to municipal court as a misdemeanor. He then worked hard to further help me. This resulted in the offense being amended again to disorderly conduct instead of shoplifting, and then it being conditionally dismissed. Me and my family avoided serious ramifications by hiring John. I highly recommend him as his knowledge and skill is exceptional.

My son was arrested on serious drug charges. I did my research and decided to retain Jon after much time and effort. As it turned out, I could not have made a sounder decision. His knowledge, effort and skill were as much as our family could have asked for. We are happy to say that our son has avoided jail and many of the severe penalties that seemed almost inevitable. I cannot thank Jon and his staff more. I would definitely recommend that you hire Jon if you have a serious criminal case.

You hope you never need a criminal lawyer but if you do you need to call John. I was charged with a second degree crime arising out of an assault. The word I got from several attorneys was that I would probably go to jail. John didn't resort to these scare tactics although he was honest about the risks I had. I felt extremely comfortable and hired him. I made the right decision. John was so effective that he was eventually able to get the case sent to municipal court. A case that started as one where I was exposed to 10 years in prison ended up resolving as a ordinance. I could not have hoped for such an great outcome and have John to thank. I would never consider another lawyer if I was arrested for a criminal offense.

This office recently represented me on 3 municipal matters (all marijuana possession charges, facing probation and loss of license) and I have been thrilled by the experience I've had with this office so far. Not only are they on top of every step of each individual case, but they've gotten dream results for me thus far and it wasn't nearly as expensive as other lawyers I consulted. It doesn't look like I'll be ending up with the headache of probation monitoring or that I'll even lose my license so I can still get to my job. What at first looked like a bad summer of bad judgment that would drastically alter my life circumstances is now no more than a learning lesson because of the work Marshall's office did here. Without the help of this office and their competent attorneys I wouldn't be driving, most likely wouldn't be working as a result, and would probably be on probation. Thankfully I am not dealing with anything like that because I hired the right attorney and they represented me fairly, accurately, and worked hard on these cases to get me ideal results.
