Abe Basch assisted me in my case where I was wrongfully accused. He's knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He made sure I was prepared for my trial and most importantly that I won my case. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

When I first spoke with John Marshall himself, he was sounded promising and convinced me that I had a case and I would win. Then, we assigned me Abe Bausch and everything went downhill from there. Abe lost me the case and then said it was my fault for not speaking up. He was clearly unprepared for the case. The judge was very tough and in my opinion, not very fair to me or Abe. He kept rejecting our evidence and it would have been nice if my attorney would have pushed back at least a little against the judge, but he did not. In the end, he said it was my fault for not going into the details thoroughly enough and since the judge stopped me when trying, Abe still blamed me instead of accepting responsibility, showing remorse, and even apologizing. I will not be using this firm again. Very disappointed!

I’m sure this firm has done amazing work with all their cases. I was pleased when I spoke with John Marshall regarding my criminal case and possible outcomes of it. However I was deeply let down when my case had been represented by Brian McCauley. Over the course of three years, Brian and I had three brief conversations on status updates for my case, in which two I had to haggle my way to reach him. The other being him calling me for a 24 hour notice for my pre-sentencing court. He presented no options to me in order to fight this case in any manner, we simply had to play the waiting game. He urged me to take the Plea and that “it’s the best option I have”. I felt as if my case got sweeped under the desk after I had payed the retainer in full. Extremely unprofessional representation of this firm and with my experience I felt the need to share to warn the possibility of being represented by him.

I truly wish I would have contacted them earlier. My case was dismissed so quick, even the Judge remarked "you got a good lawyer". Chris was wonderful and very hands on. I highly recommend.

I was stopped in Robbinsville township at the end of 2023. They tried to give me a DWI and possession of CDS. I was absolutely not guilty of the DWI, but they did have me on the CDS. I was taken to the police station and released with a court date and a headache. I immediately hopped on google to find reputable lawyers in Mercer county. John Marshall’s office was on of the first results. I did my due diligence and called a couple attorneys. As soon as I got in contact with Mr. Marshall I knew he was the one to represent me. Even though he did not actually represent me he assured me what he could do and he kept his word. They are expensive but like anything else you get what you pay for. For your record and your future you should really not put a price tag on it. He has a army of excellent lawyers and I was fortunate enough to be represented by a young woman named Joanna Perelli who in my opinion is excellent and has a bright future. She managed to get all of my charges reduced or dismissed. I walked away with a 2 point careless driving. So I can promise you good people out here if you have any issues with the law call John Marshall’s office and ask for Joanna Perelli or any other of the excellent attorneys they employ. I am so thankful and happy I chose them.

While I'm not accustomed to writing reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience because trust in one's attorney is paramount. I recently faced unfounded allegations of harming my dog in a case in New Jersey. Despite my vehement denial of the accusations to my attorney, Mr. Basch, he persisted in pushing me towards accepting a plea deal. Reluctantly, due to financial constraints and my insistence on going to trial, I parted ways with him. Subsequently, I secured a public defender, and to my relief, the case was dismissed on February 13, 2024. Regrettably, I paid Mr. Basch $3500 for what ultimately proved to be futile representation. I had hoped that hiring legal counsel would ensure justice prevailed and the charges would be dropped, but unfortunately, this was not the case. This is my truth.

We are Grateful to have Called JFM law firm and Have Darryl Richardson handle our sons case as a Juvenile. With his Professional Guidence and support throughout the entire 8 month process, we had the best outcome for our son. Along the way as parents, we didn't know anything about this process, the Juvenile Justice System or what to reasonably expect, But Darryl as well as Jonathan directly, helped each and every time we asked , to thoroughly answer as questions, no matter how ridiculous they were. We Thank them for spending the time with us, helping get the prosecutor a d the judge to conclude on the best outcome for our son, We would definitely use them again for any legal matters!
