Carl was not only able to calm me down and assure me without over promising my situations. I then compounded the issue which was devastating me. I remember saying, 'my life's over!' And him cutting me off very softly saying, 'Matthew it is not over, we will fix it, tell me what happened.." his demeanor added w genuine concern for his specific clients. I started getting emotional and he was so quick to see it in my face and then offered to turn it off if I could not deal w the aspect of the issue. He works for you and his service is far far beyond the monetary costs.
