I wish there were 5+ stars, I would go for that. Mr Spector helped my husband with a complicated situation. He was very detailed and knowledgable and can be trusted for a very positive outcome. I would really recommend Carl and once again Thankyou Carl.

Carl proved not only to be a seasoned attorney to thoroughly solve my case, but also a nice friend to talk with. There are at least three points that make him stand out from the rest attorneys that I have encountered. First, during my most difficult times, he was so dedicated to my wellbeing and replied to my questions always in a very timely manner. Being the first time in my life that I have to face complex legal issues and things were quickly evolving, I was in desperate need for legal help. Fortunately, hiring Carl gave me peace of mind. In an emergency that I did not know how to handle, Carl quickly offered help even if it was not within the scope of criminal defense that I hired him for. Secondly, he is quite a straightforward person and always gets right to the point. No sugar-coating or fake promises. I always appreciate his honesty so that I can know clearly what I should expect. Although eventually my case was smoothly dismissed thanks to his great work, I feel very convinced about his ability in any settings such as a hearing/debate. Lastly, Carl has high reputation among the peer attorneys. I knew this when I hired another attorney for a relevant civil case and that attorney spoke highly of his expertise when I just mentioned the name "Carl". If you are looking for an attorney, do yourself a favor and look no further. Without going into the details of my case, I was charged with some very serious motor vehicle offenses which carried potentially very high fines and a loss of license. Carl went way above and beyond what I could have expected and worked tirelessly on my case, which went on for almost 2 years. When I finally had my day in court things turned out so much better than anyone would have anticipated. When everything was said and done, I couldn't have asked for a better result- I was able to keep my driving privilege and the fines that I had to pay were very manageable. I would recommend Carl to anyone without hesitation.

I found myself in a horrible and traumatic situation because I was falsely accused by a healthcare worker at HUMC. Mr Spector, with his in-depth knowledge of criminal law, focus, and his easy-to-talk-to personality was able to end this false accusation at the pre-trial hearing. It was a pleasure working with Mr Spector because he quickly responded to my calls and emails, which was very important in these types of cases. I highly recommend him to defend you. His excellent representation enabled him to succeed where my first lawyer was not able.

Took off one star because Mr. Carl yelled at me over the phone---he had anger outburst because he did not like the way how I respond to his questions, despite that I was being cooperative and respectful to him. I said "mm-hmm", he did not like it, he wanted me to say "yes". Instead he could had just told me it's inappropriate to say "mm-hmm" when I respond to Judge, and should say "yes" to be formal. He did not have to yell at me. I would be cooperative and follow his instruction if he had said that nicely. There is no need of yelling. That pisses me off. Otherwise he did his job well and did responded to my messages/emails promptly. I acknowledge his effort and diligent work on my case although my case was not a difficult case comparatively.
