I had to retain Michael Quait to represent me after my disability company decided I was no long eligible for my disability benefits. At our initial meeting, Michael set realistic expectations and a timeline of when/what would be done and how we would get there. I am particularly sensitive to my intelligence being insulted (former CPA who had to stop working due to a brain injury) and despite me asking numerous questions during the 18 month process (probably several times, "to refresh my memory") Mike never made me feel foolish and always remained patient - even when my emotions would get involved. He is a class act and worked with us to get us to a goal we were comfortable with- brainstorming some different solutions to get us there. I hope we do not need his services again, but if we do, he would be the first I would call- and I would recommend him to family and friends in a similar situation. Thanks for everything, Mike!
