We bought and sold a house at the same time and Jove made sure the whole process went smoothly. He was prompt with his responses and answered any questions we had. A few bumps came along as our closing date got closer and Jove made sure that we closed on our scheduled day, we can't thank him enough. We highly recommend him.

Jove represented us in our first home purchase and it was a great experience from start to finish. He explained the whole process to us in the beginning so we knew what to expect and gave us his honest and professional opinion when we had any questions and concerns. We were unfortunate enough to have run into issues with the other party but Jove always had our back.

Jove represented me in my first home purchase and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He helped relieve the stress of negotiating inspection issues, seller credits and the overall timeline of the transaction. He was always available and if even if he wasn’t, made sure to get back to me as soon as possible. I’ve heard some horror stories with the home buying process but Jove and Danny Valencia from Get A Rate and the rest of the team made sure things ran smoothly! Highly recommend, 5 stars!
