Even though there were delays from the Seller's attorney side for whatever reasons Jove always was able to get the answer and kept us updated. Did a wonderful job and I would love to hire him again. Highly recommend this lawyer for real estate transactions. Made my closing a breeze, I was done with my closing in 30 mins, all the documents were ready before hand. Jove is extremely knowledgeable and approachable, other lawyers I have found are not at all approachable, it is difficult to reach them, they have a snobbish attitude and if you ask too many questions, they show off that you are wasting their "valuable" time. Not Jove! he is amazingly friendly, would answer your questions, even on weekends I would call him and get him to answer my calls and patiently reply to every single question I had. If I am doing a real estate transaction ever again, I am going straight to Jove, no need to even call other lawyers to price compare, Jove is the best!
