Just closed on our first home. Jove explained to us the whole process and even pushed for fast closing on the brand new house based on what we wanted. The house isn't complete yet and he even informed us to hold some money in escrow for the remainder work.

Lawyers are often busy, and it's not easy to meet someone who is available all the time. Second, Jove helped me on negotiating a credit with a seller, and I was able to get the credit I expected.
