Our mediator assigned Barbara Cowen to file and oversee the details of our divorce with the court. I had never met her but was struck by her disinterest and curt manner.She tossed out rollover and QDRO to a stay at home Mom without explanation.Years later a question arose re new info on stock options.Her response was disinterest(again)and the comment"Well, you signed the papers". Mrs Sutnick is a miracle worker. I was charged with possession and she was able to get it down to disorderly conduct. She is the best! If you need a criminal lawyer, get her! You will not regret it!
