I was arrested in mid-2019 in NJ and the allegations contained two felonies, three criminal violations, and four traffic tickets/moving violations. I retained Laura Sutnick at the recommendation of another attorney I was separately working with. Additionally, I was in an extraordinarily difficult situation as I was facing two criminal cases, running concurrently in two different states. Laura appeared at my "arraignment" in Superior Court and I could immediately tell she commanded a lot of respect from the judge and district attorney. After my case initial appearance, Laura presented enough evidence on my behalf to the district attorney's office to have my case transferred to Municipal Court. Warren appeared at my final court date in Municipal Court and I'll never forget when he told me Laura worked out a deal for me that ultimately got all my criminal charges dropped and I left with a clean criminal record. While Warren himself was superbly professional at my final appearance, he made sure to remind me that Laura worked on over 90% of my case. Needless to say I'm hoping to never be in any legal trouble ever again, but if anything were to ever come up I wouldn't think twice about retaining Sutnick & Sutnick. From my experience, I see Laura as a brilliant strategist who will work hard for you, fight for you, and ultimately obtain the best solution for you, regardless of how complex your legal challenges are. She went above and beyond for me from a legal perspective, but I'll never forget her care and concern for me throughout the time I had my open case. I believe Laura could tell I wasn't a remotely dangerous criminal and I was anxious beyond belief at the situation I was in; every time I met with Laura regarding the case or when she appeared for me in court she would always ask me if I was feeling OK and reassure me that everything would work out. She was very quick in responding to any questions I messaged her about as well. Ultimately, I'm thrilled to be able to say Laura was right as my other case in a different state ended in a sealed non-criminal violation, thereby avoiding a criminal record altogether. I can't thank Laura enough for everything she did for me, as well as Warren for closing it out.

I recently found myself in a situation needing a defense attorney. I did some quick research and decided to call Sutnick & Sutnick. After speaking with Laura the first time, I knew I made the right choice. I could hear the passion in Laura's voice and knew I had found the right person to fight for me. Laura from the beginning made me feel very comfortable all throughout the process. I had speeding tickets with a significant amount of points reduced to (4) and some tickets completely dismissed paying a fine below $500. I would definitely recommend Laura!
