I had consultation and this guy I don't even remember his name but he was rude and just plain wrong. I knew what he said didn't sound right and he was on a high horse. I went to other places and they couldn't believe the bad advice he gave me. Thank God I avoided them.

The firm is not worth the money they are demanding. Or I was unfortunate enough to be assigned an attorney that lacked the experience for the rate he was charging. My attorney mentioned to me that he has a very high case load. This was my first time going through family court. So I thought they could handle it. I was wrong. Before you hire them ask how they communicate, how they will guide you through the process; both emotionally and legally, and most importantly ask which attorney you’ll be assigned and what’s their case load. If they are busy they won’t have the time to focus on your case. But you’ll still get billed.

Like many of the others, I had spent time and money with another law firm. After almost a year, we had nothing to show for it except an email chain and unsigned custody agreement. My son worked with Dan Pelic, and he was outstanding. He had infinite patience in working with both parties. His billing was always reasonable and well documented. He communicated well with everyone involved. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our initial intake was with Gail. After she assessed the case, she makes the assignment for the best fit for your needs. Make the call! There will be a great attorney who is sensitive to your needs at this firm.
