Jove was great from start to finish. His rates are inline with others with no additional charges at the end. Jove was very detailed and succinct with all transactions that he handled on our behalf. All of his recommendations (inspections, title company, etc) worked out very well. Jove was also very responsive, especially during closing. I highly recommend using him!
