There is a reason these guys have the best reviews. We recently moved to NJ and had Carmine LoFaro represent us when purchasing our home. His professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and knowlege made what is arguably a terrible experience a fabulous one. We felt as if we were Carmine's only clients -- if we had a question on the weekend he responded immediately. If we hadnt receieved a required document from the other counsel -- he reached out immediately. The night before our closing he personally went through each line of the contract to ensure we understood what we were going to be signing. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and makes me want to close on another house just to be able to work with him again! Last but not least, our closing was extremely drawn out and we ran into a lot of issues with the seller -- Carmine stayed by our side and guided us through the whole thing -- the fee charged was extremely fair for all the hardwork and effort he put in.
