Excellent law firm. Partner Rich Weiner came highly recommended as well as attorney Patricia Ferraro. They were knowledgeable, thorough, diligent and understanding in guiding me through one of the toughest times in my life, producing the best possible outcome for my case. One of my smartest decisions was having them represent me and I would say if you are thinking of using this law firm feel confident that your best interest is their number one priority.

Finished my divorce case earlier this year and wanted to thank Rich Weiner and Patty Ferraro for going the extra yard for me. Their work with the forensic accountant that we selected proved to be the difference. I was completely overwhelmed at the beginning of my divorce. So many referrals to everyone's favorite attorney, my head was spinning. Thankfully, my Dr. mentioned Mr. Weiner. Rich has always been respectful, compassionate, professional & has a great ability to think strategically. He truly understands law. He's extremely honest & upfront. Richard Weiner went above and beyond when consulted to connect me with the right type of attorney to handle my case. Not only did he take the time to speak with me to understand the full scope of my case, once he realized I needed a different type of attorney that specialized in my type of case, he referred me and took the time to call the office of that attorney and paved the way for me. He made it his priority to make sure that I got an immediate appointment with the attorney he referred me to due to the emergent nature of my case. Additionally, he personally followed up with me 1 week later to make sure that I was in good hands and that I was in process of getting a resolution to my situation. Richard Weiner genuinely cares... that’s priceless! I felt compelled to write this review in an effort to let others know that he is “the man” you want in your corner.

I recently had a significant change in circumstances that led me to Mr. Weiner. As a result of his kindness and compassion, the transition went more smoothly than I ever could have imagined. He took the time and made the effort on my behalf at a time when things were very uncertain for me. I will be forever grateful for his time, caring and compassion. When I was in need of the advice of an attorney a second time, I consulted Mr. Weiner again. Due to the severity of my problem, he referred me to a colleague with more expertise in similar matters. Although Mr. Weiner was unable to assist me, he followed the case very closely and reached out regularly to myself and my attorney in regard to the progress of my case. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was in good hands. Words cannot express the respect that I have for Mr. Weiner or my appreciation of what he has done for me.

While no one wants to go through a divorce, being prepared with an attorney who knows the process and the players in your specific court is essential. Rich fought hard for the things most important to me and was very practical in all matters throughout the process. He made an ugly situation end in an acceptable way. He was always available and as a bonus, is a very nice guy.

Be careful. Check your bills. Found the attorney was billing for work of others that were not authorized per the agreement. Gratefully caught the "mistake" and even more grateful that it was corrected. But watch your bills. Also, this attorney seems to lose control of the process when faced with aggressive, delay "trial tactics" opponent.

Rich breaks the mold. Works nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the ball moving. Very happy with the handling of my divorce from start to finish. Would recommend to all, and I usually stay away from recommendations.
