I used Rich for my divorce and hired him on four other occasions as well. He is a brilliant lawyer who was also concerned about helping make the divorce process as easy as possible for me and my kids. He was very accessible when I needed his attention, as was his staff. I recommend him to anyone who asks me. I am a lawyer myself so I am well-qualified to express this opinion.

I used Rich Weiner for my divorce and was extremely happy with the deal he got me. Unfortunately for me, my ex-husband took me back to court a few years later, so I used him again, however, Rich made me very happy again with the outcome, we won the case. He is very honest and is not in it to make as much money as he can from you. He is tough , smart and really fights for you. I would highly recommend him!!! I was two for two with him and was actually referred by someone who was on the other side of him and lost.....so his record is very good!

A pleasure to deal with. On top of his game and ALWAYS there when I needed him. Always took my calls. No nonsense direct approach and an incredible staff. Very thorough from beginning to end. Made a difficult situation tolerable. Would highly recommend.

Be very careful unless you're the monied party. Every decision he made benefitted the monied party whose history was very bad, and never the un-monied party whose history and reputation were clean. Hard to understand why an honest attorney would vote for the troubled parent 100%, no questions asked. Time has shown he was very wrong but how do you make that up to a child?
